Business Process Engineer

As a Business Process Engineer with Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in supporting our expanding portfolio in the nuclear decommissioning and other growth sectors. This role is focused on enhancing business processes within our client projects, driving innovation and precision in a field that requires robust process management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the analysis and redesign of business processes for customer projects, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and improved workflow.
- Work closely with internal and external customer teams and stakeholders to understand specific process challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Implement and advocate for best practices in business process engineering, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and client standards.
- Drive the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies into internal and external customer business processes.
- Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities for operational enhancement.
- Develop training and implementation programs for customers, facilitating smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Oversee cross-functional project teams, focusing on client-centric innovation, strategy alignment, and operational model development.
- Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance and impact of business process improvements within client projects.
