About the Role

As a Business Process Engineer in our Decommissioning and Regeneration Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes within our client projects in the nuclear decommissioning and other growth sectors.

You will be responsible for leading the analysis and redesign of business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance workflow. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, driving innovation and precision in a field that requires robust process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and redesign of business processes for customer projects in the nuclear decommissioning and other growth sectors.
  • Work closely with internal and external customer teams and stakeholders to understand specific process challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Implement and advocate for best practices in business process engineering, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and client standards.
  • Drive the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies into internal and external customer business processes.
  • Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities for operational enhancement.
  • Develop training and implementation programs for customers, facilitating smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Oversee cross-functional project teams, focusing on client-centric innovation, strategy alignment, and operational model development.
  • Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance and impact of business process improvements within client projects.
