Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering comprehensive medical care to patients, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Managing chronic conditions using structured approaches and staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines.
  • Providing urgent care for acute medical conditions and making decisions regarding emergency hospital admission.
  • Implementing disease prevention and health promotion strategies within the practice population.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records for all patients, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to relevant legislation.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Completion of a full course of training in general practice (CCT) or equivalent recognised by the GMC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively explaining complex information to patients and collaborating with colleagues.
Salary and Benefits
