We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our team at Perkins Ltd. Based in Ottery St Mary, this role will involve cultivating strong relationships with dairy, beef, and sheep farmers across West, Mid, and North Devon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with dairy, beef, and sheep farmers in your territory.
  • Promote and sell our diverse range of products, including animal health products and mineral supplements.
  • Provide expert advice and support, addressing customer concerns and guiding them to the best solutions.
  • Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities in your area.

To be successful in this role, you will require transferable skills such as relationship building, customer service, negotiation, territory management, and product knowledge. Additionally, relevant experience in agricultural science, supply chain management, or veterinary sales would be highly beneficial.

As an Agricultural Sales Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus performance-based incentives and uncapped commission (OTE £50,000). You will also receive a company van with no benefit-in-kind tax charges, a supportive environment in a friendly, family-run business, and opportunities for growth with ongoing training and professional development.
