Reliable Facilities Leader required for a renowned Chemical Manufacturing company in Manchester. This role offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus outstanding benefits.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and execution. They will lead a team of skilled maintenance professionals, guiding them in optimizing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize plant efficiency. In addition, they will be responsible for supervising predictive/preventive maintenance activities, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective maintenance procedures, and enhancing plant reliability through regular assessments and evaluations. Furthermore, they will update data accurately and promptly in SAP and other systems, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This is a senior leadership position that requires significant experience in maintenance management and a strong background in mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling them to motivate and direct their team effectively. A comprehensive understanding of plant operations, production planning, and relevant policies and standards is also essential. We look for candidates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in the chemical, oil & gas, or petrochemical industry.
