About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social work professional to join our team as a CAFCASS Family Court Adviser Public. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing advanced social work-level services to children, families, and courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and analyse court applications to provide expert advice to the courts and Local Authorities.
- Influence those with parental responsibility to be more child-focused when needed.
- Advise the courts and Local Authorities about safeguarding concerns and how a child's life can be improved.
