We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential service in the Loughborough area. This service provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality person-centered care and achieving outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent. Strong staff management skills and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements are essential.
