Job Title: Installation and Repair Specialist

Salary: £38,000 per annum (estimated)

About the Job:

We're looking for an experienced Installation and Repair Specialist to join our team at Rock Managed Services. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems and appliances for our clients in the Monmouth, Cinderford, Ross-on-Wye area.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Service and repair gas systems and appliances.
  2. Perform safety checks and inspections to ensure compliance.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  4. Offer expert advice on system use and maintenance.
  5. Maintain accurate records of work done.
  6. Comply with health and safety regulations.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of gas systems and appliances.
