Maintenance Technician (Training on Specialist Machinery) £39,790 + Technical Training + Career Progression + Overtime + Shifts + 31 Days Holiday Factory based commutable from Blackwood, Cwmbran, Newport, Pontypridd, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff and surrounding areas.
Shift based role: 3 Shift Rota, Monday - Friday (Early, Late, Nights) Are you a Maintenance Technician from a Manufacturing/Production background looking for a shift-based maintenance role offering excellent technical training on bespoke machinery, career progression opportunities all with the opportunity to significantly increase your on track earnings through unlimited optional overtime?
This is a great opportunity to join a market leading manufacturer where you will have the opportunity to work on high spec machinery and receive technical training to develop into a highly skilled engineer.
This company specialise in the end-to-end design and manufacture of specialist packaging, working with globally renowned clients.
Through a focus on sustainability and innovation, they are looking to build a team of highly skilled electrical technicians to improve the sites manufacturing performance.
On offer is a shift based maintenance role where you will be responsible for fault finding, reactive maintenance and preventative maintenance across the sites electrical manufacturing equipment.
This role would suit a maintenance engineer from a manufacturing background who wants to technically progress both their skillset and career.
The Role: PPM and RM on specialist machinery Monday - Friday rotating 3 shifts.
Unlimited Optional Overtime The Person: Maintenance Engineer Manufacturing background Wants to technically progress their career.
