We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Broadstairs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with Learning Disabilities. Your primary focus will be on promoting independence, developing life skills, and ensuring residents' safety and well-being.

This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude. You will be working in a 24-hour supported living facility, supporting a range of daily activities, from housework and cooking to days out and holidays. Manual handling and assisting with personal care needs are also key aspects of this role.
