About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behavioural Specialist to join our team at Teach360. As a Behavioural Specialist, you will work closely with the behavioural team, leadership team, and other pastoral teams to create positive relationships between staff and children.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying concerns, risks, and barriers that are preventing students from progressing, either in terms of their mental and social well-being or in terms of their academic studies. You will also be responsible for monitoring the attendance, behaviour, and progress of children, as well as creating a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with young people who exhibit challenging behaviour
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

The salary for this role is £90-£120 per day, depending on experience.
