Care Home Deputy Manager (Nursing) Opportunity

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of high-quality care and assisting in managing operations within the home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals
  • Oversee the care staff and assume full management in the event of the Home Manager's absence
  • Train and supervise care staff in all facets of their work
  • Help the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents and ensure care plans and daily records are up to date
  • Foster effective communication with residents' families and other organisations
Requirements:
  • Pre-requisites include a strong background in nursing and management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
