Pay Rate: £30K - £35K (DOE)

Shifts: Mon- Thurs 08:00- 16:30, Friday 08:00- 12:30

Contract: Temp - Permanent

The Company/Role

Our client is a leading Electrical Manufacturing business, a subsidiary of Siemens.

As the Estimating Engineer, you will be responsible for project enquiries using Promis-e and other quoting tools, maintaining high-quality service for customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

* Compile quotations within requested timescales

* Interpret schematic diagrams and/or specifications

* Ensure information is available for technical submittal

* Liaise with operations to ensure Factory Built Assemblies are built in line with customer and quotation requirements

* Liaise with customers to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress with their orders

Requirements:

* Qualified to minimum ONC level, within an Electrical discipline

* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office

* Previous experience in a project-type environment is ideal

* Positive, pro-active attitude with good interpersonal skills

* Excellent attention to detail
