We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Costume Making Apprentice. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality costumes and accessories for our theatre productions.

The Royal Ballet and Opera is a world-renowned institution, recognized for its excellence in opera, ballet, music, and dance. Our theatre hosts over 400 performances annually, making it one of the busiest venues globally. As a Costume Making Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of artists, technicians, and performers.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the creation and maintenance of costumes and accessories, developing your skills in garment making, pattern cutting, and textile manipulation, and collaborating with designers, directors, and other theatre professionals to bring productions to life.
