This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team as a Molecular BioAnalyst on our Graduate Research Scientist Program in Molecular BioA. This program covers a wide range of cell and gene therapy methodologies, performing analytical testing such as DNA/RNA Extractions and qPCR.

As a Molecular BioAnalyst, you will perform a variety of these assays to GLP/GCP standards, supporting both pre-clinical and clinical studies. The core features of this training program include:

  1. Performing analytical testing using analytical techniques: Predominantly Extractions & qPCR
  2. A 24-month graduate training program with incremental step progression review of both salary and job role through the lifecycle of the program
  3. Developing a portfolio of knowledge, skills, and behaviours, evidenced through a series of mini-project assignments.
  4. Completing a selection of short courses such as Root Cause Analysis, Lean-six sigma, sustainability in science.
  5. Attending guest lectures given by experts in relevant fields - usually on site at Pharmiweb.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience. You must have a passion for science, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
