About the Role

The Best Connection - Mansfield is seeking a skilled Welder/Plater/Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects, from small repairs to large-scale fabrications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work from CAD drawings to fabricate required parts and assemblies
  • Meet production timings and work as part of a team to produce orders on time and within the company's quality requirements
  • Carry out daily and weekly maintenance checks
Requirements
  • Proven experience in welding and fabrication
  • Experienced MIG welder (coding an advantage)
  • Experience in MMA welding (coding an advantage)
  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • PAF certification (desirable)
  • Slinging certs (desirable)
