**Job Title:** Nurse Specialist - Paediatric/Adult Care
**Job Description:** As a Nurse Specialist - Paediatric/Adult Care with Routes Healthcare (North), you will play a pivotal role in supporting and overseeing our complex care packages. You will be responsible for managing the clinical training needs of the care team, developing and reviewing care plans, and ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care.
You will work closely with our care team to provide clinical training and support, and will also engage in networking and attending multidisciplinary team meetings. If you have experience in a high dependency or critical care setting, tracheostomy and ventilation management in a community setting, and computer literacy, we want to hear from you.
**Salary:** Up to £38K depending on experience.
