About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor to join our team at Yours Clothing. As a Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise sales and individual customer purchases by providing a first-class customer experience.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Operate the till and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling on a regular basis, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies, including health and safety regulations.
  • Take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement, ensuring that you are up-to-date with the latest products and services.

Contracted Hours and Pay Rates

We offer a minimum guaranteed number of weekly hours, with an expectation to work more hours during peak trading periods. Our pay rates are competitive, with a rate of £10.92 per hour regardless of age.
