Dementia Awareness Advocate

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our mission to raise awareness about dementia in the Wakefield and Five Towns area. As a representative of Alzheimer's Society, you will play a vital role in ensuring that people who are worried about or affected by dementia are aware of the support and advice services we offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support local events and hold information stands to promote our services
- Display leaflets in various venues and locations to raise awareness
- Establish connections with local organisations and community groups to achieve widespread awareness
- Represent Alzheimer's Society and promote our brand
What You'll Gain

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about raising awareness about dementia and is willing to commit to supporting our mission. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
