We are seeking a skilled Systemic Therapist to join our team at Priory Hospital Altrincham. As a key member of the Multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing assessments and interventions for young people and their families who have been referred to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

Working within the standards set out by CQC, QNIC, and other regulators, you will provide excellent standards of evidence-based practice. Regularly reviewing and monitoring outcomes of assessments and the effects of treatment in line with goal-based outcomes will be an essential aspect of this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of care pathways and other treatment protocols. You will be actively involved in service developments, including the use of service user feedback and in-house training. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide specialist supervision, training, and consultation to colleagues through formulation groups and reflective practice.
