Job Title: Child and Adolescent Case Manager

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Adolescent Case Manager to join our team.

About the Position:

In this role, you will work closely with children and adolescents, as well as their families and caregivers, to provide comprehensive case management services. You will assess the needs of each individual and develop tailored plans to support their mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to children and adolescents.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Requirements:
  • Degree in psychology, social work, or education/counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel.
