Role Overview

This Compensation Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert for global compensation and regional benefits. Key responsibilities include leading compensation cycles, conducting market research, and designing salary frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of compensation cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research and benchmark analysis to maintain competitive packages.
  • Design and maintain salary frameworks using data-driven models.
  • Manage regional benefit programs, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support HR stakeholders with compensation analysis and problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Progressive experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • CIPD/PHR-CP/WWW or similar certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and HRIS systems.
