Digital Construction Job Summary: As a Building Information Management Lead, you will enable the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use. Responsibilities include monitoring the completion of our IM Gateway forms across all tenders, ensuring Exchange Information Requirements and Asset Information requirements are responded to and delivered across relevant projects, and supporting and auditing the project team to ensure standards, methods, and procedures using specified software / workflows are in use. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents, ability to discuss in detail open BIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability, and enthusiasm to use new technologies to improve traditional ways of working. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location (Plymouth or Exeter).
