Job Title: Digital Construction Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Construction Manager to join our Regional Construction team in Plymouth or Exeter.

  • As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experts in various fields, contributing to the development of cutting-edge construction methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the use of digital tools and technologies to support project delivery.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with industry/Kier standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to digital construction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in software tools used for building information modelling (BIM) and other digital construction applications.

Compensation:

The salary for this role is approximately £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and private health insurance.
