Site Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our client's team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a high-quality Cat B office fit-out project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement)
  • Conduct site inductions and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Manage weekly sub-contractor meetings and incident reporting
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
  • Manage health and safety on site and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • CSCS Manager Card
  • 1st Aid at Work certification
  • Experience in site managing high-quality Cat B office fit-outs, including reviewing and approving RAMS, conducting site inductions, and managing weekly sub-contractor meetings

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience managing BREEAM projects
  • Proficient IT skills, including experience with Procore Project Management software and 1Breadcrumb H&S Integration Software
  • Local to site (1 hour maximum commute)
