  • Prepare and cook food in accordance with stringent food hygiene regulations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Efficiently manage food inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

About You:

As a passionate and skilled culinary professional, you will have a proven track record of working in professional kitchens, ideally with experience in catering for customers with special dietary requirements. An understanding of health and safety procedures, along with relevant certifications such as NVQ or City & Guilds and CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award, is highly desirable.
