Culinary Specialist at Flow Sports Personnel Ltd: An Exciting Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing healthy and nutritious meals for the children in our nursery. The role requires a minimum of two years' proven catering experience, as well as a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Ability to work under pressure, knowledge of food preparation for special dietary needs, and ability to work with children are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• In consultation with the Nursery Manager, prepare weekly menus catering for all children in line with our food and drink policy.
• Ensure all meal planning and food ordering is aligned with our catering budgets.
• Maintain adequate stores and food stuffs in appropriate storage conditions.
• Ensure the kitchen and kitchen equipment are kept clean and tidy.
• Clean and defrost the freezer as necessary.
• Promote healthy eating with children and staff.

A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene and nutrition for our children.
