Your key responsibilities as a Formulation Development Lead will include:

  • Designing and developing robust formulations according to project briefs, taking into account required claims, excipient and packaging compatibility, physical characteristics, stability, and costs.
  • Successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accurate documentation of all research and development activities.
  • Leading production scale-up trials to ensure seamless tech transfer from pilot to commercial scale.
  • Leading and supporting clinical trial activities.

A successful candidate for the Formulation Development Lead position will possess:

  • A degree-level education in Pharmaceutical or Cosmetic Science.
  • Experience in formulation development within the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry, preferably with topical, transdermal, skincare, liquid, or semi-solid formulations.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical or cosmetic ingredients and their interactions.

As a Formulation Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative formulations that meet the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the delivery of high-quality products.
