Medical Director in Diabetes and Endocrinology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology to join our dynamic and thriving teaching hospital. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist secondary and tertiary diabetes and endocrine services.
Key Responsibilities- Outpatient clinics in diabetes and endocrinology
- Specialty MDTs
- Contribution to managing in-patients with diabetes and endocrine problems
- Contribution to managing GIM inpatients including on call duties
- Supervision of junior doctors and nursing staff
- Active participation in departmental meetings
- Contribution to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching
