About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our Centre Management Team, you will play a vital role in delivering a wide range of services and activities that have a positive impact on our local communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of operational staff to ensure the highest standards of customer service and centre operations.
  • Contribute to the business and budgetary performance of the centre, working closely with the Centre Manager to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a wide range of services and activities.
  • Have a passion for the leisure industry, demonstrated through continuous professional development and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Have experience of problem-solving, customer service, and staff management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to work flexibly, with a level of autonomy and decision-making confidence, and be able to think on your feet to respond to variable demands.
