Engineering Professor

Newcastle College is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Engineering Lecturer to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning programmes in Engineering, across a range of levels of further education, higher education and/or apprenticeship provision. This will include undertaking a range of programme leadership, tutorial and programme administration duties.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and assess high-quality learning programmes in Engineering
- Undertake programme leadership, tutorial and programme administration duties
- Develop and maintain a strong background in Engineering
- Hold a post-16 teaching qualification and English and maths qualifications at level 2, or be willing to achieve these within an agreed timeframe
- Experience in effective programme leadership in FE, HE and/or Apprenticeships is desirable
