Lead a Team of Dedicated Professionals

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a 3rd in Charge at our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Whiteley. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our nursery and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the individual needs of all children
  • Maintain and improve the quality of our childcare practices through regular monitoring and evaluation
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, staff, parents, and carers through effective communication
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and professionalism within the nursery
  • Ensure that our practices and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Collaborate with staff to set and review individual targets and develop action plans to achieve them
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required, including playroom management and budget control
