Key Responsibilities- Drive store performance by maximising sales opportunities and supporting the team to meet and exceed targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and experience to drive business growth through customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Develop a deep understanding of our wine range and provide expert knowledge to customers.
- Take ownership of the physical appearance and maintenance of the store, both internally and externally.
- Contribute to the day-to-day operational running of the store, including delivering wine to customers, merchandising stock deliveries, and calling valued customers to drive sales opportunities.
- Competitive salary and up to 20% staff discount.
