Job Title: Band 5 Dietitian

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Band 5 Dietitian to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Dietitian to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our dietetic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nutritional advice and support to patients through assessments, telephone consultations, and written communication.
  • Assist in the production of evidence-based resources, policies, and guidelines.
  • Deliver training and education sessions to ward staff, patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in the AHP Preceptorship Programme and contribute to the development of our dietetic team.
  • Evaluate and maintain the quality of student practice placement provision.
Person Specification

We are looking for a Dietitian with:

  • A four-year degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a busy hospital environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
