About the Role

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. As a leading healthcare provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist occupational health advice and support to employees and management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational health policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective healthcare delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for workplace health and safety.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote workplace health and wellbeing.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of occupational health services.

Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a Diploma in Nursing.
  • Occupational Health Nursing Certificate/Diploma/Degree.
  • At least 1 year's experience in Occupational Health Nursing.
  • Experience of working in the NHS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
