About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Member at Mecca Bingo in Oldham. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.

You will be a natural fit for our STARS values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions. You will be a team player who is committed to delivering excellent service and making our venues a place for fun and excitement.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a memorable experience.
  • Work across all sections of the venue, including the slots arcade, and be adaptable to changing situations.
  • Be a natural communicator and have good communication skills.
  • Have a smile for everyone and be a friendly and approachable member of the team.
