About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Member at Mecca Bingo in Oldham. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a welcoming and entertaining environment for customers.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of events and promotions, ensuring that they are delivered to a high standard.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.
