Marketing and Events Manager

Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing and Events Manager to join their team. As a key member of the school's marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance the school's reputation and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design engaging marketing content to attract prospective students and maintain strong relationships with current families and the wider community.
- Plan and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with the school's priorities and budgets.
- Execute and track high-impact, insight-driven marketing campaigns to generate leads and monitor sponsorships, partnerships, and website engagement.
- Create and curate content for marketing materials, including online and print, internal and external communications, alumni stories, and press releases.
- Build and maintain strong links with media/press contacts and influencers to promote the school's brand and reputation.
- Deliver engaging schools tours to parents, prospective students, and members of the local community to showcase the school's facilities and programs.
- Deliver regular reports and analysis of website and social media activity to inform marketing strategies and improve engagement.
- Nurture existing and establish new partnerships and sponsorships with industry bodies to support the school's marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and events management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and improve engagement.
- Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop and design engaging marketing content.
