Marketing and Events Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Events Manager to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance our school's reputation and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design engaging marketing content to promote our school's brand and values.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising, to reach our target audience.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Execute high-impact, insight-driven marketing campaigns to generate leads and monitor sponsorships, partnerships, and website engagement.
  • Create and curate content for marketing materials, including online and print, internal and external communications, alumni stories, and press releases.
  • Build and maintain strong links with media/press contacts and influencers to promote our school's brand.
  • Deliver engaging schools tours to parents, prospective students, and members of the local community to showcase our school's facilities and programs.
  • Deliver regular reports and analysis of website and social media activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Nurture existing and establish new partnerships and sponsorships with industry bodies to support our school's growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and events management, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and measure ROI.
  • Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop and design engaging marketing content.
