This Senior Risk Specialist position plays a critical role in managing our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool. You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. Main Responsibilities:

  • GRC Tool Management: Oversee daily GRC tool operations, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.
  • Data Migration Management: Coordinate and manage data transfer into the GRC tool, guaranteeing data integrity and completeness.
  • Data Analysis/Visualization: Analyze large datasets to support risk management activities, leveraging advanced visualization tools to drive insights.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Generate regular reports on risk management activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training sessions for team members and stakeholders on the GRC tool and best practices.

Your Qualifications:

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with technology, particularly in managing GRC tools and advanced data analysis.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and tasks.
  • Basic Risk Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental risk management concepts and practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience in reading and manipulating large datasets; Excel proficiency is required, and familiarity with advanced data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Workload Management: Proven ability to manage workload efficiently, especially with varying and conflicting deadlines.
