- Identify sales opportunities and generate corporate activity and new business
- Build strong relationships with peers and Head Office departments
- Make commercial decisions to support the store, including visual merchandising and stock control
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Store Manager with a proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire others. They will also have excellent customer service and relationship building skills, strong planning and organisation skills, and a highly commercial approach.
