Apprentice Store Leader

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and compliance using our training tools. You will recruit, nurture, and retain the best talent for CT and your store, promoting the CT culture with your team using our brand values to create a great atmosphere for your team and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and compliance.
- Recruit, nurture, and retain the best talent for CT and your store.
- Promote the CT culture with your team using our brand values.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate corporate activity and new business.
- Build strong relationships with your peers and Head Office departments.
- Make commercial decisions to support the store, particularly for VM.
- Manage the daily running of the store, championing colleague engagement and complying with company policy procedures, company compliance, cost, and security processes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Store Manager with the proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire others to establish a high-performing team to achieve high results. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders are essential. Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to maintain a long-term vision are also required.
