Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on equipment as defined by the PPM schedule to the highest standard.
  • Work as part of the electrical team to maintain plant availability in line with operational commitments.
  • Assist with machine improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Apply first-level maintenance activities to all onsite assets, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Perform large plant complex repairs, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines in a workshop team to achieve common goals.
  • Utilize our computerized maintenance management system to organize workload and work order response, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Hold City & Guilds or similar vocational qualifications and have completed an apprenticeship or recognized training in electrical discipline.
  • Relevant experience in a production/processing or manufacturing facility would be beneficial.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to take and respond to direction as required.
