**Job Purpose**

Rapid growth of the rental activity within our manufacturing business means that we are now seeking someone to manage the operational side of this part of the business. The role will be based in the warehouse part of our Broxburn based business and is responsible for ensuring the timely inspection, maintenance and repair of incoming and outgoing rental items to ensure the smooth operation, and continued growth, of the rentals business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare items for delivery to customer ensuring all items are in good order
- Arrange transportation of all rental items to and from customers
- Receive, inspect and log delivery of returned items
- Manage inspections to maintain quality standards
- Repair items as may be necessary (either directly or by arrangement with production team).
- Ensure facilities are well organised and equipment is well maintained
- Represent the rentals business in operational planning meetings
- Establish and maintain clear warehouse procedures for all rental items

**Job Requirements**
- Experience in a stores/warehouse or machine rentals business environment complimented by experience in service or repair of technical products.
- Experience in fault finding and rectification of electrical and mechanical items.
- Strong attention to detail and high standard of workmanship.
- Highly organised.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
