Fleet Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of construction equipment.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain and repair construction equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Work closely with our hire desk team to manage equipment availability and client needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Previous experience working as a Mechanic, Engineer, or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, PAT testing, and diesel/electric engines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A salary of up to £42,000 per year, plus overtime opportunities
- Certified training and manufacturer training courses provided
- Career progression routes available within the company
You will be based in our workshop and will spend time on-site with clients, so a flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to different environments is essential.
