Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  2. Analyze and respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with COSHH regulations and maintain accurate records.
  4. Support the development and implementation of health and safety initiatives.
  5. Perform routine pool maintenance, equipment testing, and fabric-based tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
  6. Foster positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance facility roles.
  • Three Day ISRM Pool Plant Room qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Certification in electrical or HVAC, and IOSHH qualifications.
