About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash-flow Monitoring: Oversee and manage our cash-flow to ensure timely payments and minimize financial risks.
  • Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of our bank accounts to prevent financial discrepancies.
  • Liaising with Auditors: Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Reconcile our balance sheet to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Bank Account Management: Manage our bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts as needed.
  • Raising Invoices for Vendors: Prepare and send invoices to vendors in a timely manner.
  • Reconciling Invoices: Reconcile invoices with payments received to ensure accuracy.
  • Inventory Management & Stock Ordering: Manage our inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
Requirements
  • 3 Years Supervisory or Management Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a financial or accounting capacity.
  • AAT Qualified: Hold a recognized accounting qualification, such as AAT.
  • CIMA or ACCA Qualified: Hold a recognized accounting qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA.
  • Organized: Possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Great Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Impeccable Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and transactions.
