About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

Job Description
  • Process sales invoices daily using customer portals and management systems.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and send statements.
  • Maintain accounts within agreed terms and credit limits.
  • Telephone chase overdue invoices.
  • Report outstanding debt to the Credit Team Leader.
  • Indicate legal action requirements to the Group Credit Manager.
  • Handle customer queries and discrepancies.
  • Liaise with departments to resolve issues.
  • Manage high volumes of data using Excel.
  • Keep records of customer accounts and payment terms.
  • Maintain debtor information on Excel and NetSuite.
  • Work with the accounts team and process payments.
Requirements
  • Recent experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Significant numerical knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
  • Reliable, accurate, and adaptable to new systems.
Package

The salary for this position is between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer 23 days holiday and a pension scheme.
