We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Job Description- Process sales invoices daily using customer portals and management systems.
- Reconcile customer accounts and send statements.
- Maintain accounts within agreed terms and credit limits.
- Telephone chase overdue invoices.
- Report outstanding debt to the Credit Team Leader.
- Indicate legal action requirements to the Group Credit Manager.
- Handle customer queries and discrepancies.
- Liaise with departments to resolve issues.
- Manage high volumes of data using Excel.
- Keep records of customer accounts and payment terms.
- Maintain debtor information on Excel and NetSuite.
- Work with the accounts team and process payments.
- Recent experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Significant numerical knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Reliable, accurate, and adaptable to new systems.
The salary for this position is between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer 23 days holiday and a pension scheme.
