Care Home Manager Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and caring individual to fill the role of Deputy Care Home Manager in our Ayrshire children's homes.
Job Summary:- Provide high-quality care and support to young people
- Work closely with the Care Home Manager to develop and implement care plans
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience and location
Key Responsibilities:- Care for young people's physical and emotional needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and external agencies
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing training
- Pension scheme

- Wellbeing support

- Fully qualified driving licence (not required for work purposes)
- Ability to participate in on-call rota
