The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing courses at levels 1, 2 & 3, as well as the T Level in Supporting Healthcare (Adult Nursing).

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification in nursing and relevant vocational experience. A teaching qualification would be advantageous, but full teacher training will be offered to the successful candidate.

The lecturer will be part of a highly motivated team dedicated to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating and challenging environment, inspiring students to achieve their best.

The key responsibilities of the lecturer will include delivering skills and knowledge to high standards, preparing resources, delivering lessons, marking student work, and supporting students with their whole programme of study. The lecturer will also be responsible for embedding essential skills and knowledge in the students.

The successful candidate will be an industry specialist with a passion for teaching and inspiring young people. They will have a strong understanding of adult nursing, social care, and psychology, and be able to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

The lecturer will work closely with the team to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and resources, ensuring that students receive the best possible education and training. The successful candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering excellent teaching and learning experiences.
